The Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth course is a research based childbirth education class designed to support mothers and their birth partners by providing them with all of the knowledge, tools and techniques to prepare them for an informed, positive and empowered birth.

In this face to face training, you will receive the full 12 hour Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth course split up over 2 weekends (6 hours per session) or 4 weeknights (3 hours per session). You will receive a parent portfolio, MP3 albums as well as access to our online learning platform with extra relaxation videos and resources.

Course investment $595 (inc GST) per couple.

In this online interactive training, you will receive the full 12 hour Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth course via live online webinar, Zoom. You will receive a parent portfolio, MP3 albums as well as access to our online learning platform with extra relaxation videos and resources.

PRIVATE 1:1 HYPNOBIRTHING COURSES

PRIVATE SESSIONS IN YOUR HOME OR MINE

If you would prefer, I offer private classes in the comfort of your home, mine, or online. You will receive the full 12 hour Hypnobirthing Australia™ Positive Birth course that can be tailored to your needs, including an option for 2 full days (approx. 6 hours each) or 4 x 3 hour sessions, we can work on dates and times that best suit you.

You will receive a parent portfolio, MP3 albums as well as access to our online learning platform with extra relaxation videos and resources.

I will also bring home cooked food to nourish you throughout our sessions.
